As Project Controllers for the project steering committee, we continuously assess the organisational situation and progress of the project, as well as its cost and risk situation. We assess escalations and propose corrective measures if necessary.
As Project Managers, we draw up the project manual and take on the technical management of the project together with internal project management (which manages the customer's human resources).
In the Coaching Support role, we serve as assistants to internal project management on an on-demand basis. We support internal project management on questions regarding project methodology and technical issues, as well as during rolling planning and setting of priorities.
As QA Managers, we create the QA manual for the project. In cooperation with project management, we determine test items, test criteria, test methods and suitable testers. We plan, manage and document the project-specific QA management at the project level.
As Quality Testers, we support the definition of test criteria and test methods for specific test items. We test items and document the results (list of findings) for the attention of the QA management.
