Since its reopening in 2012, the Opéra de Lausanne has been equipped with state-of-the-art stage technology and offers a diverse programme of operas, concerts and ballets each season, spanning a repertoire from the 17th to the 21st centuries.
Until recently, the Opéra’s IT infrastructure was hosted by the City of Lausanne. Seeking greater autonomy in order to respond more effectively to the needs of its various departments, the institution decided to select a private IT provider responsible for implementing and operating an independent solution.
In this context, the Opéra de Lausanne launched a public tender to select its new IT service provider. To support this initiative, it engaged H+S to lead the process in compliance with public procurement regulations, including the preparation of the tender specifications and the evaluation of the submitted bids.
