Renewal of the ICT Operations Contract for the Sécurité Riviera Association

The Sécurité Riviera Association (ASR) is a regional public safety organisation, and a pioneer in its field. It is responsible for local security in the nine partner municipalities within the region. ASR brings together four security services: ambulance, police, civil protection and fire services.
In anticipation of the end of the agreement with the Municipality of Montreux concerning the provision of IT infrastructure and services, ASR issued a call for tenders to select service providers to manage the migration of its services to an independent infrastructure. ASR engaged H+S to examine the target solution in terms of infrastructure hosting and the required level of service outsourcing. H+S then supported ASR in conducting the tender procedure in accordance with public procurement regulations.
ASR is currently implementing the new solution, with support from H+S to coordinate the various service providers involved.
