  • We support you when reorganising or creating your ICT operations and when optimising your operational tasks.
  • With reference to ITIL processes, we establish the need for action and elaborate the requirements with respect to the reorganisation or optimisation of the ICT operations, with reference to service level agreement (SLA) and service level management (SLM).
  • We support you entirely in the frame of the operational process analysis and the elaboration of operational concepts, the elaboration of functional specification documents and evaluation (sourcing, out-tasking, etc.) up to the introduction of new operational solutions.
  • We accompany your ICT operational project as external project manager or project controller up to the acceptance.
  • We perform also periodical audits for our customers in order to identify the need for actions for process optimisations and required measures to be taken (adaptation of the contractual agreements with operational service providers).
